Service Description

During your first appointment, we will go over your health history and do a thorough evaluation before we proceed with treatment. Not all treatment modalities are suitable for every condition. The practitioner will chose treatment that will be best suited for you. We are out of network provider and take major insurances such as Aetna, Horizon BCBS, United, etc. We accept HAS and FSA payments as well as offer packages and member discounts.

Cancellation Policy

Your time and our time is valuable. We observe a strict 24hr cancellation policy. Please make sure that you call to reschedule your appointment before the 24hr mark. Failure to comply with this policy will result in $50 late cancelation fee.
